I decided to paint my house inside and out and needed help picking colors. I believe picking the right colors is very important and can make a house look either beautiful or hideous. I wanted something unique, but still appealing to a large group of people because I was planning to list my home.

I was impressed that Cathy was able to make my interior more tropical feeling and downplay certain dark and drab features of the interior. The exterior colors she picked make me feel like I have the best looking house in the neighborhood. I receive compliments of the colors every week and several of my neighbors are now painting their houses in response.

Cathy recommended flooring, ceiling textures, light fixtures, vanities and interior colors. I have been extremely pleased with her recommendations and I firmly believe my house is worth much more and will sell for a much higher price with the improvements.

Unlike many local designers, Cathy doesn't have an exclusive "look" that might be considered repetitive. She personalizes the interior spaces based on the client's needs and their own taste.

Really listening to a client should not be in and of itself "unique", yet this contributes to your fundamental approach to a project.
